After 40 years of building this farm and raising horses, we are ready to retire. The horse equipment and haying equipment will go with the farm. You can move in and go right to work. The farm has always been well maintained and well cared for. The paddocks and feeding are arranged to be very efficient. Their are board paddocks and pastures with electric fence. A horse walker. A crimper to crimp oats with an oat bin that hold 8 tons of oats.

In the old barn their are 11 stalls and 2 large run-ins that goes into a 6 acre pasture. The hay mow holds 5 thousand bales of hay.

The barns are now getting a new look. We are putting on a new dark red roof on the big barn and repainting the old barn red. As soon as we are done, I will post new pictures.

The outdoor ring is 120x200. You can ride outdoors all year, if you would like to. The land is a sandy loam. Witch means we have no mud. That is a wonderful feature. The horses are not traipsing in mud or stepping on stones. We didn't have to deal with fungus infections, stone bruising or brushing off mud. This is a wonderful place to raise horses and live. You can have a private stable or a big business. Their is a parking lot.

The Water is spring water, with a never ending supply. It tastes great and has tested great.

The property is private and very picturesque. The 500 foot road frontage has a hedge row of Douglas Fur trees. This acts as a wind buffer, sound blocker and a lot of privacy. The pastures and hay lots are clean and well cared for. We are selling 27 acres with the main farm. If you would like more land, you can purchase more land. The farm is made up of 4 parcels and you can buy up to 28.5 additional acres. On the 28.5 acres their is a hay lot, a small stream and some beautiful trees.
